Founded NuMarin3 in 2018, Joyie has been working in marine fuel industry since 2014. Having experienced in trading marine fuel and managing operations. She brings these experiences into areas of business development, management and operations.
Jester Chan
Founder & Managing Director
Founded NuMarin3 in 2018, Jester has been leading the strategic development and overall management of the Company. He has over 15 years experience in bunkering industry. Besides, he has been an innovator and entrepreneur with over 20 years in business leadership. Experienced in all aspects of business formation, operations, finance, and management.
Raymond Wong
VP, Sales and Finance
Graduated from the University of British Columbia with specialization in finance. With experience in business management and interpersonal communication skills, Raymond served as VP, Sales and Finance for NuMarin3. He oversees the sales, finance and accounting operations.
Jeff Chan
Operations Manager
Jeff joined the Company in 2018 as Operations Manager. He is responsible for bunker operations and safety onboard. He has been working in petroleum industry since 2008, served as Cargo Officer, Bunker Surveyor, Superintendent of Crude Oil Tanker and Operations of bunker supplier.
Bamboo Chan
Assistant Manager

Bamboo joined NuMarin3 as Senior Operations Officer in 2021, who has been engaged in many sectors of shipping & marine fuel supplying industry since 2008, including bunker operations, bunker survey and boarding agent.
